Beech Acres Park
- Diamond #1: This competition level diamond is a full-size field with grass infield and covered dugouts. Accommodates 90’ bases, 60’6” pitching mound. Located on the east side of the park nearest the parking lot.
- Diamond #2: This competition diamond includes a grass infield and covered dugouts. Accommodates up to 80’ bases, 50’ pitching. This diamond is closest to the playground.
Juilfs Park
- Diamond #1: Known as the Marty Brennaman Field, this competition level diamond has a synthetic turf infield and includes a mobile turf pitching mound, bases, covered dugouts, bleacher seating, and accommodates up to 80’ bases, 54’ pitching. Located next to the park’s main entrance, off of Clough Pike.
- Diamond #2: Includes covered dugouts and accommodates up to 80’ bases, 54’ pitching. Located next to the tennis courts in the south end of the park. A parking lot is available off of Patton Ave.
- Diamond #3: Includes covered dugouts and accommodates up to 80’ bases, 54’ pitching. Located the farthest from the tennis courts in the south end of the park. A parking lot is available off of Patton Ave.
Laverty Park
This park features one diamond that includes dugouts and can accommodate up to 60’ bases, 46’ pitching.
Riverside Park
- Diamond #2: Includes 180’ outfield fence, covered dugouts, synthetic turf infield, field lights, bases, pitching mound, and can accommodate up to 70’ bases, 46’ pitching. Located at the south end of the park.
- Diamond #3: One of two full-size fields at Riverside. Includes 355’ outfield fence, covered dugouts, synthetic turf infield, field lights, bases, pitching mound, and accommodates up to 90’ bases, 60’6” pitching mound. Located in the middle of the park.
- Diamond #4: Includes 260’ outfield fence, covered dugouts, synthetic turf infield, field lights, bases, pitching mound, and accommodates up to 80’ bases, 54’ pitching. Located in the middle of the park.
- Diamond #5: One of two full-size fields at Riverside. Includes 365’ outfield fence, covered dugouts, synthetic turf infield, field lights, bases, pitching mound, and accommodates up to 90’ bases, 60’6” pitching mound. Located in the middle of the park.
- Diamond #6: Includes 260’ outfield fence, covered dugouts, synthetic turf infield, field lights, bases, pitching mound, and accommodates up to 80’ bases, 54’ pitching. Located in the middle of the park.
Veterans Park
This park features one diamond that includes covered dugouts and can accommodate up to 90’ bases, 60’6” pitching mound.
Ball Diamond Repair Certification
Learn the acceptable methods to repair ball diamonds and get in as many games as possible during the season! The Anderson Park District will train interested coaches and parents to properly prepare ball diamonds for play, especially after inclement weather. Field repairs performed without adequate knowledge damages fields, which often prevents future games from being played.
